TigaUs is an AI-powered customs automation platform under development for shippers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Building on the operational experience and capabilities of Rawank and Satufen, TigaUs aims to bring document processing, customs data preparation, and reporting into one integrated digital workflow.
Rawank and Satufen are already connected to Indonesian Customs for transmitting import HAWB and MAWB data, submitting duty and tax reports, and automatically generating customs data in JSON and Excel formats.
TigaUs extends this foundation with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), automatically extracting information from uploaded documents and converting it into editable data for customs forms and reports. The system capabilities include HS Code, import and export detail company informatiom matching, data verification and validation, duty and tax information, and payment facilitation through designated agents.
By combining these capabilities, TigaUs aims to streamline customs processes, reduce manual data entry, and improve operational efficiency across the cross-border logistics workflow.
The initial deployment is planned for Indonesia, followed by expansion into Singapore and Thailand. Our long-term vision is to build a scalable customs automation platform that facilitates cross-border trade across Southeast Asia, while connecting businesses from the United States and Europe that regularly trade with the region.
