Mahyu is a technology company developing a digital coordination platform for cross-border logistics. Its mission is to connect logistics businesses and service providers through a shared technology
ecosystem linking provincial and metropolitan cities, building interconnected networks across countries. Mahyu aims to reduce manual processes, improve information exchange, and enable more efficient cross-border trade.
Mahyu develops its technology in-house, combining artificial intelligence (AI), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), cloud infrastructure, mobile applications, API integration, data intelligence, and workflow automation.
Its modular technology foundation can be adapted to different markets and operational requirements.
Mahyu supports three specialized modules: Satufen, Rawank, and TigaUs. Each addresses a distinct market while sharing technology infrastructure and development capabilities.
Satufen is an eCommerce and logistics solution tailored to Indonesian Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. It coordinates pilgrims, logistics partners, customs brokers, airline cargo operations, bonded warehousing, and last-mile delivery through connected digital workflows. As Mahyu’s first specialized solution, Satufen provided the initial environment for validating its technology through live operations.
Rawank enables Indonesian Migrant Workers (Pekerja Migran Indonesia, or PMI) to send personal belongings, souvenirs, and gifts to their families in Indonesia through participating logistics partners.
Its capabilities include automated pricing, shipment booking, document processing, commodity and HS Code verification, customs reporting, partner accounting reconciliation, and delivery coordination.
Rawank is planned to incorporate AI-driven IDP capabilities developed through TigaUs, helping extract information from identity documents and work permits, reduce repetitive data entry, and support identity verification and matching. Its design accommodates different country regulations and operational requirements.
TigaUs is under development as an AI-powered customs automation platform for shippers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. It processes logistics and customs documents, extracts and converts information, matches item descriptions with HS Codes, and supports data verification and validation.
The platform is designed to populate customs forms and reports, provide duties and taxes information, facilitate payments through designated agents, and connect customs activities in one digital workflow. Its first deployment phase is planned for Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand.
Mahyu aims to connect provincial and metropolitan cities into interconnected city and country clusters, forming a broader cross-border digital logistics network. Its long-term vision is a technology-powered logistics association that goes beyond conventional networking and introductions.
Through shared digital infrastructure, members could exchange knowledge, collaborate in real time, access technology capabilities, and create business opportunities, potentially without an annual infrastructure subscription fee.
By combining in-house technology, operational experience, specialized solutions, and regional partnerships, Mahyu aims to build a connected technology ecosystem that supports more efficient cross-border trade.
