A shipper, whether a company or an individual consumer, is someone requiring logistics services. To access Mahyu’s services, shippers must undergo a registration process. For business users, this involves submitting/uploading their business license and the identification details of the responsible person. Business users can also request credit term payment, which is subject to an approval process. On the other hand, consumer or individual users are only required to upload personal identification, and their payment process is typically conducted online.
Choose your preferred services: Domestic – International air transport, eCommerce logistics, or Warehouse facility. Input your detailed requirements, and our system will promptly display available transporters. If no match is found, we will notify nearby transporters of the sales opportunity.
Mahyu’s monitoring and tracking system allows shippers to monitor each of their shipments while allowing the transportation company to directly control the utilization of their vehicles. The system displays information with detailed pickup instructions, delivery routes, and the capability to upload pictures of the final delivery documents as a receipt.
Mahyu provides a secured platform featuring chat room communication that will provide transparent negotiation and acceptance.
Work-in-progress and completed transaction are accompanied with digital proof of receipt. Shippers need to acknowledge this before final invoice is automatically generated by our administration system.
